  1. How to Return?

All returns must first be approved by our customer service team,let us know your order number. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your set back.

All items must be returned in its original, factory condition, (unaltered, unworn, undamaged and  attached with the original packaging) as we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products.  Please make sure the wig is INTACT and the LACE has NOT been cut.

Once the returned item is received and inspected with label No Problem, refund will be processed to the previous payment account.(If you need exchange item,please explain on the return email,once the returned item received will arrange shipping you new item.)

  1. What Is Return Period?

We will provide a refund on undamaged hair within (30) days of the date that you receive your hair.
